I would use -3 which is 3/16 O.D. line.

Would -4 work? I don't see a -3 option for the Russel ProFlex Hose
EDIT: On second thought, I don't have to use that Russel ProFlex hose lol.
Youre not using the stock oil cooler are you?
Nopers. Using the STM kit. Can't think of the brand off the top of my head right now.
During the night of drinknig, someone broke into my truck which has nothing at all worth stealing and only ended up fucking up my lock cylinder on the driver side door. They just opened up my glove box and left I guess. Sighh... More money I have to spend on the fucking truck.
I'm shocked you didn't know that. You must not read my posts... :p
Before you cut the line, try loosening the fitting and simply rotating it. Surely you can find an orientation that avoids any exhaust and the rear motor mount bracket.
When I installed that line on my car... in-car... I had to hack the hell out of the rear motor mount bracket... "weight reduction" (cringe) hahaa
-4 has worked well for me in the past, but if you don't have anything restrictive in the line, it may be too much flow. TD05's have a tiny orifice where the oil enters the CHRA that makes it pretty idiot proof. On TD04 cars, I've always had good luck with -4, but I've also always used a banjo fitting at the oil pump end (with a 90 degree fitting at turbo). This is with stock return lines.
I use -10 for my TD05 returns. What size are yours? That look like -10 in that pic.
I wouldn't hesitate to try -3, but I would suggest asking Matt Monett since he'll know the inner workings of that turbo better than anyone...
(done editing now, I promise)
That rear return I put together is -10.
This is what I have so far. I just need to find the right fitting to use for the block side of the line.

Be careful with your braided oil feed lines. All of the aftermarket ones have issues in the fittings themselves necking down to a smaller diameter than stock. The braided line is fine. Without a picture of inside the fitting I couldn't tell how well they'd work. That's the only thing you have to worry about.
Well that doesn't make be feel too comfortable now.
