268.5 this is the lowest my weight has been in almost 20 years. Its lower that I was on any Diet Lori and I have done.
Went to the dr and am waiting on test results for a few things.
In the meantime, I have taken to doing my workouts and walking first thing in the morning, before I eat. I think this might help. I used to do them in the afternoon at the gym (we suspended our account cos of transplant) or in the evenings here at home. I've never been a workout-first-thing kinda gal, but I'll give it a shot and see how it goes.
Glad to see I'm not the only one still going.
Word is that the "workout first" thing stimulates whole vistas of energy to last you throughout your day.
I'm pretty sure it would work for me, but I don't want to get up any earlier than 0500. :p

Will do. I am NOT a morning person, but until I get a handle on why my weight is off, I am willing to adapt whatever I need to. I have almost always maintained a decent weight and don't want to start going downhill just yet. :p
