Well that almost seemed easy :)
turn the ball over that much against anyone else and you're going to lose.
I don't think that's fair to say. They had four turnovers and still completely dominated the football game. They had two against Alabama that were very costly and were still able to win that game semi-comfortably.
Agreed.
Also, the Elliot kid is just an off the charts athlete. 696 (cumulative) rushing yards against Wisconsin, Alabama, and Oregon. Amazing.

I do. 4 is double the number of 2. ;) show me a game where anyone has had 4 turnovers without the other team having 5+ and still won?
that's how they were still able to win. he didn't turn the ball over anymore and they were able to control the clock and keep Oregon off the field. that kept them from getting into any kind of rthym going. plus missing that WR really hurt them. they looked completely inept. props to OSU for hanging in there. a lot of teams(FSU) would have given up or gone flat after all those turnovers.
ok 1 game. odds are still in my favor.

break that down to the big bowl games(ala old BCS bowls) and I bet it looks even better.
