Me too but thankfully it was just unplugged under the cap on the passenger side. Easy fix :)
Put the car up on four jackstands and bled the brakes again. Pulled the rear calipers and pads and swept up half a dustpan of stones and dirt from the calipers and rear subframe.
Started the car and let it run to temp to help bleed the brakes since I have ABS. My wife took care of the pedal pushing but I noticed the CEL after she finished. I know the car runs open loop on startup but not sure when it goes closed loop. I still have to flash the ECU with the injector size (560) and latencies so I'm hoping that's the reason for the CEL.
Started looking at clutch adjustment. I can push the slave pin in just enough to clear the fork, not sure it it should go further. Have to set the lock nut in the car and play with it.
