Welcome and congrats! Turbo models are the most fun.
Hi everyone,
My name is Reda, I own a Red 99 VR-4 (US spec) and live in Morocco. I was quite active on the 3S scene between 2004 and 2009 on 3si.org before life slowly swept me off (in the right order work, marriage, kid, divorce, marriage, kid...).
My car is quite modified (19Ts, 560cc injectors, SAFC-2, Ray's 3.1L shortblock, CFDS, AP Racing front BBK, KW V2 coilovers, Upgraded sway bars, HKS exhaust and SMIC, Upgraded front, center and rear diffs from Supercar Engineering...) but has been sitting on storage since the front turbo went in 2010 at the moment when I was going through my divorce. Back then I did not have the time nor the energy to fix it and then I got another car (C63 AMG) and another car (RS4) and another (Giulia Quadrifoglio) and all were fast enough right out the box without having to put sweat, blood and tears into them.
But the 3S bug was always there looking for an opportunity to strike which came perfectly with the Covid induced stay at home and the free time it generated. I have been doing some on/off research on the necessary budget and time to bring back the car to life and recently decided to pull the trigger. Anyways, very happy to be back in the 3S community!
Best,
Nice story. Glad to have you back!
Thank you, ready to participate in the forum.
Hallo, recently bought a 92 vr4 twin turbo. its in good shape but its some things that needs fixing.. So I figured this would be a good place to learn about my car.
Hi, I have got project to resurrect Dodge Stelth Twin Turbo model without ECU and this will be story how to get it working, its been tuned by earlier owner but have missing ECU and it had about 700HP at least that was told to me. It has many modification in engine bay, nos, cryo cooling, custom intake, bigger injectors and many more but for thos moment useless, have bought 98 year ecu for it and will try to pair with this car(92 year?)
Nice. I hope I don't break the rules! Just kidding.
Here to try and get some more help on fixing up my Stealth!
Is anyone even here any more? :)
thanks I'm new to this so still need to get my feet wet.
