This. It may not, but it MIGHT be....and can you really afford to risk it?
Granny, shoot me a PM and let me know how it went the other night. I've been waiting to see something.

That's 7lb for me. I was wanting to do better but life at my house has been crazy the past 6 months.
Hopefully Hubby is permanently employed again and I can have some of my life back to continue to work at this.
I've learned a lot about what it's going to take for me to loose weight so it's all good.
I hope that those of you here that want to continue will keep posting for support and inspiration.
:GroupHug: Big :bigthumb: for everyone!
anyone still doing this? i did not post up here much cause i fell out of it for awhile but about 6 weeks ago i started again , im down to 250 on my home scale and feeling great , have not noticed a huge difference in the way pants fit mainly because of my frame size but def more energetic.
I've increased my bike riding from 50 miles/week to ~150. No change in weight.
222lbs has been a formidable opponent.
Still eating right.
Working out harder. Working out 3 times a week 30 minutes on the AMT and then 30-40 minutes with weights.
Haven't really been able to stick with a plan with my twins being born almost three months ago. I'm so busy it leaves me with little time to cook or exersize, but in the past two months I've gotten back in the groove of running. I've been running 2.5 miles three times per week. In this time I've actually gained 5 pounds, but I've attributed the gain in weight to the muscle developing in my legs once again. I hadn't run regularly in so long that a lot of it went away!
I think I've posted this before, but if you want to log your workouts and 'compete' with others, join fitocracy. It's a new twist on working out. They call it a social networking site.
