lol @ "kids"
So, I struggled off and on with the DS mount on Sunday and finally managed to pop the pin through on Sunday night. Ended up having to loosen all the bolts on the front and rear roll stoppers to get the pins through and finally got all the mounts anchored down and double checked torques on all the transmission and stay bolts. The heart is now IN.

Suspension is now completely in place and torqued down. Axles are IN, lower control arms are IN. Nothing left under the car now except the TC and downpipe and a couple of electrical connections. Yes I DID pay for a new plastic mud flap for the K member. Unfortunately I discovered my driver side rear tire sidewall collapsed sitting all this time and has to be replaced.

Installed the PTU with a thin layer of artic silver thermal paste that I had left over from a computer build. Should help to dissipate the heat.

Got the rear plugs in, all the fuel injectors and everything under the plenum is done. I'm leaving the front VC open until I confirm oil is reaching the lifters. CAS and CAM will be left disconnected as well as the injector resistor pack so there will be no fueling or sparking until after oil pressure is confirmed.

You should feel damn proud of what you did there Jim. Excellent attention to detail.
A little help is needed. I forgot to prime the oil pump before I assembled it to the block. Not getting oil pressure after a couple of cranks. What would you guys do? The car is ready to fire except the resistor pack, CAS, and CAM are all unplugged. Should I pull the plugs and keep cranking it over or should I just go ahead and fire it?
Still need to swap to the flash ECU and set the injector scaling to match the 560s too.
definitely pull the plugs. It may take a "while" for cranking with the starter to make oil pressure. It is hard to say with certainty what is the time to give up.
You see oil out of the turbo returns before you get much pressure on the gauge.
If that doesn't work you can also pull the oil pressure sender and try to feed some oil in there. The oil pump gears basically just need to be "wet"
Yeah it took awhile to get mine primed, and up to pressure. How long are you spinning the starter?
Make sure you didn't leave the plugs in the turbos lol
Jim! I'm not worthy! so damn clean!
