The Snap-on guy knew exactly what I had to exchange, and I always had a written note in my wallet to the same effect.

The boyfriend was a bodyman who dealt with him, too, but didn't like him, so I made a call, and deprived the dumbass of his haul.

I got the replacements.

That's ALL I got, but. :)
