SL ECU Major Differences or Why NOT to Use an SL ECU

I have an Innovated WB02 MTXL with guage ready to go. I was just going to refresh the NB02's and set the flash to see only those 2, and use the wideband to check up. The WB goes right after the F-pipe joins. What do you think of that? I will have 2 NB stock and 1 WB further down... ?

Your saying 2 WB's in the stock positions connected to the ECU or right to a logger? Forgive my lack of intelligence on this one...

You will be fine with that. It's good to be able to have one in the front part of the down pipe and one and the rear before they join but really if you don't have the bungs already or the ability to just add another sensor then I wouldn't worry about it, I'm not.

Just log the one you have.

The two NBs, one for each bank are good and will work fine. You can just hook the WB into the BSLCDBC. Then you won't have redundant gauges... just saying.

Ahh yes, just log it right to his BC. Sounds good.

How about intergating the 99sl knock sensor if your theory is right about false knock readings.

When you say integrate, do you mean alter a parameter in the flash in order to correctly read the SL circuit? Or modifying the circuit?

Passing the some parameters to mimic the knock function of a 98-98 VR4 car. I would like to avoid modifying circuits to prevent frying the ECU.

If the software is different on the SL it gets replaced when the VR4 stuff is flashed onto the ECU.
