Yes, you'd assume so, but people are stupid.
modern generation is too discconected from reality to realize the limits they have. I started on a 1992 mr2 turbo behind my parents back but they let me use a 1986 toyota truck. I also grew up in the country and learned how to 'hit the ditch' to avoid people. Rule of thumb. Always know how long it takes to stop your car. because you're in control and thats always good for the record.
As for the crash, this just reminds me of my ex when she flipped my 3000GT. I did disprove the theory our cars were more areodynamic upside down though.
I dont know about the rest of the country but i dont think california gives a flying hee-haw who gets a DL anymore. I remember the flagship saying:
Driving is a privilage, NOT a right.

Very sad.
Look at the general bend of the entire car.
Is that 6x6 something he hit? Or is it some sort of wooden roman chariot style anti-sway bar?
No idea, but the live shot from the news showed a ton of empty guard rail posts they crushed, maybe it was something to do with that? Or maybe to stabilize the car, but I would have thought they'd just use wood cribbing.
:( sad
LOL we really need to get the sad face and the mad face fixed.
Yeah you're right, I can spot another 6x6 leaning in a similar position through the spot under the car.
