Manslaughter at a minimum, I think

easy manslaughter charge. kid needs to be punished hardcore. we don't need no stinking kermit washington's again.

It's a shame though that a one second bad decision was so tragic. He does need to be charged with involuntary manslaughter at the very least. People need to be responsible for their actions. Seems like these days there is always an excuse.

this is why I'm so hesitant to fight with anyone. I'd say there's a fair chance if I was angry enough I could kill a man on accident fairly easy.

Bad things happen much too easily to be throwing dukes at the drop of every hat. :wink:

Yeah it's not like two 11yo scrapping, when people get 16 + they start to pack a punch, especially somebody like you that spends half their time in the gym.

Accidental homicide carries a max 5 years though he'll probably get a little less being a juvenile.

try and put yourself in the kids shoes. ever been mad and got into a fight or hit someone? I have and if I hit someone and they died I would be devistated. just sayin', not excusing it.
