Got my turbo kit today..

As discussed, I went ahead and made -4AN turbo feed lines. I just didn't trust that the tiny lines that were on it before would sufficiently dissipate heat and provide enough lubrication for a journal bearing turbo. TD04/TD05 turbos have larger oil feeds than the tiny things they sent me and they ALSO have water cooling. Pics:

In addition, clocking the rear turbo allowed the rear return line to work. After looking at it a little more, it became obvious to me that that would be a simple solution :-P

The rear motor mount had to modified slightly to allow the rear oil drain to pass by it, though I didn't have to modify the front mount at all (the website says you do):

that really looks pretty good. I wish that Chris Hill still worked over there so they had a solid test bed to really demonstrate what it can do.

I had changed it but forgot to take any pics. I didn't use the -10AN flange and 90 degree fitting. Like oohnoo I used these two fittings to connect my -10AN drain line too. It gave me an extra 1/2" or a little more of extra rise.

I did actually find a bolt on flange through eBay that would be more ideal to give you a negative slope. Turbo Oil Drain Adapter Flange 10AN Billet T3 T4 | eBay

Your return lines are what, -6? They look too small based on years of watching these sort of build threads and subsequent problems with burning oil, blowing turbos, etc. I use -4 feeds as well (I used banjo fittings at the ports on the oil pump/filter housing, so my -4 lines probably flow less than yours), but my returns are like -10, with a slight down hill path to the pan. Never had an issue... But I bet you will.

Good point, it might be a problem. Seems like the TD04 has bigger issues with this, not sure why. You remember my return lines were pretty damn small so I ditched them and went with stock. They were so much bigger.
