what are the symptoms of actually running out of fuel pump or injector?

i should be able for finish installing the MSD DIS-4 HO ignition amp tomorrow night then take the car out to log a few runs. ill let you guys know if anythings changed.

also i think my current plugs are BKR6ES gaped to 0.025".
