Pareidolia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Greece is in such trouble that the government has replaced all the senior military leadership out of fear of a possible coup d'état; if such a thing were to come to pass, it would cause utter chaos in the Eurozone which represents 30% of the worlds economy. Is that perhaps more newsworthy than pareidolia in some dude's balls? The Toronto Star doesn't think so! Their number one story is hockey (well they are Canadians, aye), at least Greece got a front-page mention.
(I'm not bashing you, the pic is creepy and perfect material for this thread, I'm bashing the media for publishing such a thing, though at least it is more news worthy than Kim Kardashian).
Its the Toronto Star, they'll usually put such news in the Business Section (which could be almost a whole paper on its own, depending on what you're used to), and with the amount of Rob Ford bashing they've done, its good to see something other than politics.
Not to mention that between Ford's blunders, Clement and his handler Baird finally having to answer some questions about the multimillion dollar slush fund Clement used for his riding, and the general state of our federal affairs, I'd say Greece isn't as high a concern for us. Besides, we know its going to end like Argentina did when they tried to use austerity measures to fix their debt woes.
