Engine is pulled and on the garage floor. Got some cleanup and other work to do, mostly swapping parts between engines and installing the new parts.

EAA Engineering power steering line. Very high quality stuff! I put some wire loom on to protect everything else from being rubbed by the stainless braid.

Supersprint header installed. Shifter also rebuilt. No, the axle bolts aren't installed yet :)

Stopping point for tonight. New coolant bottle ($$ :facepalm:), nice fresh ATF in the power steering, new front mount, euro non-A/C alternator setup (picked it up from Orchid Euro, great guys!), and lots of other odds and ends.

Fantastic news! My engine is trash.... :( Not sure what's damaged, but I can't turn it over when it gets warm and it makes horrendous noises.

Swap the old one back in and tear down the new one. Assuming the head is good (unsure, if the piston was smacking it I'm not sure what to do) I'll put it on the old bottom end with the intermediate shaft swapped as well.
