I've done that so many times. Really bad idea to hang on and make it rebound...especially when it recoils right into your nuts. Learned my lesson quick on that one. Broke two poles, but luckily never got impaled or even hurt...other than my lower back is now a mess.

I did win State my senior year though. :D
