I like that, may do that with my set up, need to protect those 8's somehow
started the car and found out that my fuel hose completely split again. So, pulled out the hanger and put in a new high pressure hose. started her up and runs like a champ. then put it all together and will take her to work tomm to see why my oil pressure guage isnt working....
Finished up my "while I have the passenger side of the bay opened up" stuff:
- shifter cable bushings
- EVO MAS
- Dejon intake runners
- new ISC
- remaining portion of the BigTyla ground wire kit.
Fitting the intake runners and MAS:

Most eventful part of it? Something crapped out the Tactrix drivers on my laptop. So when I thought I was done (quick flash of the adjusted MAF Size / Adder values and away we go), I actually had more dicking around to do on the laptop before I could start the car.
But it's all good now. I'll take her out tomorrow for shake down :) ... then probably rip something else apart for more mods. Still have the gauge project to finish up, and some other things...
I don't think it's your pressure, you need to make sure you are using fuel safe submersible hose.. standard fuel safe hose will always split after a short time of being submersed in fuel since the outer layer of rubber is not fuel safe.
The correct stuff is like $22/foot.
^This. You can get it at your local autoparts store. They may have to order it but you'll get it the next day. Gates 27093, 5/16". Around $20/ft. 1ft was enough for both of my aero 340's.
I've seen stick on CF kits look far worse than that. It's not bad. Once you see real CF parts though, it makes all the stick on kits look like shit.
Steve, I think your pictures are a bit misleading.
They show the trim out-of-context with the rest of the car, insofar as they don't convey the proper ass-in-the-seat view, where the exterior color can also be seen (apart from the strips of yellow at the bottoms of the doors).
I think the contrast glares a little in your pics because of this lack, but would attenuate with the peripheral body-color in view.
Make sense?
I pulled the engine out of my 97 parts car.
