That's definitely very unique, have they actually tried to use it? I think if those turbs were small enough there may be a chance for some good top end lol :p
I'm pretty sure Cosworth did it as an engineering exercise. Never actually run on a car.
Don't know if it was Cosworth, but I know it never ran on a car.
