Wow, I don't know how I missed your thread either. Great work, and you have given me an idea of what mine will look like when I'm done hopefully.

DR-650 rear turbo with Drweldin's wastegate kit with .8 bar, ~11.6 psi springs. I kept getting the diaphram assembly in backwards and it caused the rod to extend too far and open the flapper. Here's the correct orientation. It helps alot to assemble them on the turbo to orient the rod properly. The 7mm nut is tightened down with loctite.

Woot! You go Boyeee!
LOL, I don't even have the support bracket for the oil pump. Apparently When someone changed the oil pump out they snapped the bolt off, and found it unnecessary to repair, and replace... :(
One more thing, do not forget to put the small shields on each side of the heads before adding the timing belt. Although it is doable, it is much easier to install them little ass bolts with some room for your fingers!
That sux :(
Yeah, I remember those not coming off until after the timing belt was off because I couldn't get my socket in there. Also the piece in the middle that I called "center web" when I bagged and tagged was partially blocked by the timing sprockets.
The bolt organization is working pretty good but I got stumped for a little while on the oil pump. ASA says there are three M8 x 60 bolts and it is frickin WRONG. There are only two and I spent like 20 minutes going through my bags to see if I misplaced one. The extra holes in the oil pump get filled by the tensioner bolts.
AND, the AC/ALT bracket that wraps around. I was stumped on that one as well...
Looks great bro!! nice work.
Awesome work.
Are all those new bolts and brackets or did you have them re-done? Me want for when I tackle my Spyder. :)
