That's about right.

No need for facts...that's about 20 miles up the Interstate from me. If they didn't get pulled over, they received a miracle. Cops would not go for that, haha.

Unless they blurred the tag, that doesn't look like a WV tag though, haha. Since they are travelling West...probably headed back to Kentucky. :D
