3SGTO Biggest Loser Competition

Been a bit up/down since Christmas. Last Saturday I got 278 which is down 4 since the initial 3sgto BF weigh in. and a total of -52 overall. Lets hope the weekend in Indy does not mess up my next weigh in.

Indeed. Weight Watchers is a great program. Just stick with the plan and you will definitely lose weight.

I have heard that so many times about WW.

Good news: My sister bought me a new set of PJ's to take to Johns Hopkins and she bought a SMALL and they FIT!!! I usually wear medium, so I guess it's a step in the right direction! WootWoot!

My week wasn't too productive.
I've fell in the same boat Bill was talking about a few week ago...STRESS!
I'm just going to try to kick back this weekend and enjoy the Grandsons and hopefully Monday will start on a better note.

Maybe after my shower this evening I'll have Chris take one.

And Granny, I've been stressing too, but refused to get all bent outta shape about it affecting my goals. I just start anew each day when I feel I could have done better the day before.

I basically do the same.
I'm just wondering how long before it becomes a way of living and not something you have to constantly work at.
I'm guessing about 100 years....
