What did you do today to your 3/S?

My GT-35R's, headers and piping are on their way to me as I type this... I'm starting to get pretty damn excited to receive them. I've been patiently waiting to mock this all up. My motivation on the car is now peaked and things are starting to get done. Today all the electrical reductions will be finished, the engine will be going into the car, and I may start putting the interior back in!

Yes, I have a 3.5L sitting on my engine stand right now with RPM capable of ~8500 (Hi rev top end) 3SX springs, and solid lifters.

Also, The GT-35R's have 0.68-AR turbine housings, and are a dual ball bearing cartridge.

Should be a fun setup.

I'm shooting for 1200 AWHP for the dyno, and drive the car at 750~800 on the roads. Should be fun indeed, I'll have lots of pictures for everyone once the items arrive.

A build thread would be fun :) Good luck!

I'll be making a build thread for sure! Once I get my engine bay painted and throw the engine in I'll start it up (hopefully today) from there, It'll be a little slow going as I'm only home for four days at a time. But I'll stay on top of it :) Thanks!

Gonna need bigger back ends than the .63's on 35R's for those kinda numbers.

For that kind of power if you need a 35R based turbo the HTA86 from FP is probably the only one that will realistically put down those numbers. Rays 6262's had the .82 housings and seemed well suited for something as lofty as 1200awhp.
