I think I have the login issue fixed.
Whats everyone thing of the status of the site right now?
The Light and default styles should be in pretty good shape. Dark needs a few tweaks but should be totally usable.
New chat should work better and reduce server load.
Any other comments?
I don't like the image handler. Can it just add the [img] [/img] tags to the URL instead of telling you the image is too big and refusing to process it?
it should only process attachments. I'll take a look at that later today.
I'm not seeing any youtube videos. Like in the what song are you listening to thread, all the posts are blank except for the text people wrote. The actual youtube videos aren't there. Using chrome if that makes a difference.

Just poked around in my browser. Somehow flash player was disabled. Enabled, and now yt videos are displaying and working fine. Weird.

I am getting major bogging on page loads now. Sometimes I will even get 2, 3 or 4 script errors before the page fully loads. This is the only site I am having issues with. This started, I think, Saturday.

I just saw this today and so far on multiple pages it's doing the same thing. In the top right hand corner I can only see half of the logout icon and then also the welcome, username icon. The rest of the links are blocked by an ad which I tried moving over but it wouldn't let me. I don't care about the ad but would rather it not block any forum links because that's super annoying.
I noticed this also earlier when AB+ was having issues loading. It was the Google Adsense block floating over the toplinks element. I thought at first it was just due to AB+ having loading issues. I sometimes throws elements out of whack. Turning off AB+ will show the issue. I'm on the dark theme BTW.Quote:

There is another way to show post updates. Put it in a separate window. If you need an example I can get a screenshot.
Even if I could, it defeats the purpose of keeping people in chat upto date on whats happening on the forum. ;)

But the free version does not support moving the notifications. While i like the chat box us not worth the cost of the yearly or lifetime licences ($55 or $100)
So in some threads my signature is missing, as well as others. Biggest loser is one. Some post is there, most are not...
Sig once per page setting maybe?

new posts means you have to activly refresh the page. If they pop into chat it may attract attention. IE more forum traffic IE more forum growth ;)

The instant-chat updates might actually be one of my favorite parts about the new shoutbox update. Especially at night, when things are pretty slow. Reloading the 'new posts' page seems far more annoying. :pQuote:

idea for when shoutbox shows when someone posts to a thread (and subsequently links) - it links directly to the post that was made. could this link to the newest unseen post in the thread in the same manner that it does when we get an email notification re: new posts?
