That's really depressing that he died though, especially while speeding and under the influence. Seems like drunk driving is becoming more and more of a problem these days.

While any loss of life is regretful, I have a hard time excusing a fellow who drank before getting behind the wheel (nevermind how drunk he was or was not) and ended up killing himself and his passenger; that is, after all, what happened.
