5 Speed FWD Transmission Rebuild

Looks just like my trans last year. Did the exact same thing you said, diff looked the same same with the case. Luckily a local member had a trans only charged me 100 bucks. I just had to switch out the 2nd gear from my bad trans into the one I bought.
I was worried about getting it back together but it was bad at all. Not to mention the damn near 600.00 bucks i saved on labor from a shop.

Hans, Thanks a lot man. Big help! Sadly if I was still waiting for some help on socal3s I would still be trying to figure out how to get 5'th gear off lol... Nobody seems to know how...

Yes so this Jerk off at TeamRip isn't answering his phone... Now i know what you meant... As soon as I told him all i wanted was the dif and not the gears he stopped fucking answering.

Well I ended up getting my Dif from MikesAutoUSA on Ebay, he hooked it up for 60 bucks shipped so I'm happy. And he even made sure its the right one for my cap after I selected the automatic one.
