several different processes actually, if it continues to work well I will discuss later if that is ok? Not being secretive but I would have slight concerns that if it didn't work out, there may be a half hearted search done by somebody in the future that could lead them down a wrong path. I would rather give it everything I have to see if it survives me first. LOL

Fair enough. I know there are different coatings and heat/surface treat technologies out these days that really change material properties. I hope you have found a solution... I have 2 spare transfer cases sitting in my garage just waiting for my current one to blow hahaha

Yes it was the first real outing for the Frontline Fabrication cover plate. I had also totally rebuilt the TC with new bearings throughout and put the gears through a combination of processes. When I have tested this to my satisfaction and limits I may offer this setup with Frontline Fabrication supplying the covers. However, there is a lot of proving to be done and then I would need to make sure I wouldn't be contravening any forum rules.

I didn't realise you changed your clutch again. You'll have to tell me more. How does it compare to the ATS / across / carbonetic tripple plate clutch? As you may know I am considering this clutch.
