3.7L down for the count again

On second thought if the balance issue was towards the center it would wear those first, then transfer to the rest. So they were even all the way around ? What was the oil clearence to start and did you happend to check when they were worn to see how much it wore ?

one engine i had where the center mains showed the same the crank was bent. its easy to check, remove gridle and use a magnetic base with a indicator and spin the crank. my crank was bent over .025 .. hard to believe

I too am glad you are keeping with it! Interested in crank info when you can make it public or did I misunderstand and you are or have purchased Matt's umm crank:)?

Glad to hear that you're keeping the car Trev. Sorry to hear about the crank problems though. I'm sure you'll get it figured out though.

And as for Matt's crank, I don't think Trevor is looking at buying Matt's because he stated that the one he was looking at was 4340 chromoly. The stroker that was in Matt's drag car IIRC is made of EN30B. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

Good to see you came to your senses, lol. It really sucks this is the case but I know youll enjoy it when its running again.

There's got to be a point where you've spent and poured too much into something, that you really can't part with it. I'm guessing you've gone past that mark several times over. (and then some) It still amazes me that after all the work you have done with your Stealth, that you come back to the forums and ask us what we think. :)
