FYI, my w4a33 wasn't upgraded...it was OEM stock, and used to boot. the responsiveness wasn't ever an issue for me.

Nice color! Wheels will not do much for the gap. You need drop springs.

wheels are fine. gunmetal PC would really bring out the POP on that paint color. as coop said, you really need springs/coilovers if you want to drop it, because a larger rolling diameter won't fit the wheel well with the stock suspension bits.
alternatively, you could figure out how to mod the fenders to close that gap...which leaves your ground clearance intact.
IPD you are the only person who likes the 3g base wheels. Why spend money to powdercoat ugly wheels?
They are not overplayed because they are ugly and people get rid of them.
