I am going back on the regimen this weekend. It's been rainy this week, so no walking here, and not to mention my bowel issue that happened this week. I am feeling much better, doctor said I had colon inflammation due to my bowel movement on the weekend, he said give it a few days and if the pain does not subside, schedule an appointment with a radiologist for a CT Scan. It looks like my pain has subsided significantly last night and today I barely feel anything so I am not going to schedule anything with my radiologist. I have an appointment with my physician (which I haven't seen in over 15 years) and I will mention what I went through. But I apparently have a broken scale, I am legitimately 210 lbs as of my visit to the urgent care clinic on Tuesday so I am willing to bet that I haven't lost anything major, although my calorie intake has significantly dropped and my portion sizes have been less. I am working on a way to flip-flop my eating patterns. A lot of people eat little to nothing in the morning, then a medium sized lunch, and then a large dinner, well, I fall into that category and I need to re-train myself to eat a lot in the morning, then gradually eat less at lunch and dinner.
