no,I went local herein escondido.I figure it was gonna be a bitch toship. This shop took forever and they arent cheapeither but then again rb started getting pricey too due to metal price increases hence I tried the chrome painting = Fail
Took my stuff to be powder coated. Making my windshield wiper arms on color...black, not the "sunfaded aged" custom look.
Deleted my power steering the right way, gutted the internal seal in the middle and greased it all up. Then got rid of my AC bracket and removed the tensioner pulley and idler pulley. I then relocated my alternator and routed it with a shorter belt from a nissan, my engine bay is looking pretty empty.

155,800 stock motor, 2 bolt to boot! We figure a rod bearing spun at the end of a pull where it dropped power significantly, then the next pull to see if "everything was okay" rods broke as I have bits trying to poke out of each end of the oil pan :(.
Forced upgrade I guess :shrugs:
Thanks man, and no I guess not lol.
Idk, white car, sunroof? I don't think it's that bad, worst part is the leather seats! As long as I keep a reflector in the window though it's not too bad, idk I guess it's because I grew up here.
I followed a tutorial from a site called flyin miata or something like that and looked at a how to rebuild steering rack for a 3000gt and just kinda put the two together.
Here's the miata how to.. Worked pretty well. If I have some free time I'll depower my other steering rack with pictures.
