I really love covers of songs by artists from a totally different genre. This is my all time favorite cover ever.

I would definitely put Hurt up there toward, if not at, the top. It's not really different genre, and I am probably biased, but Metallica's cover of Turn the Page has to be up toward the top of all time covers.
