no new wegh n but after todays workout im starting to have vens pop ot in my biceps and more n the forearms, not like u guys care but t makes me feel good about the upper body days
Hah!
Independent of my efforts here, my wife has offered a deal:
I lose 50 lbs, and she'll quit smoking - I have to lose the 50 before she quits (don't know how that's fair), but she does two-packs a day - that's $300 a month.
I'm sure we can find a better use for that.
2 packs a day? I never understood how there was even enough time in one day to smoke A pack. Jesus thats alot of smoking.
Counter offer, 25lbs = 1 pack, 50lbs = quit!
Very impressed she is willing. Good for her!
Damn, 2 packs a day. That's horrible. One issue though. Like any habit, the "user" has to want to quit and quit on their own volition, otherwise more times than not, it won't stick. She should want to quit for her health, and not need someone else to make a goal to force her to quit.
Just sayin...
