Considering I've ripped skin off (albeit, in the shitty De. bay) tubing, there's no way in hell I'd go kite tubing.
Kite tubing looks like a blast, I would so do that.
There is a rope swing that I dropped off of at Cheat Lake in Monongalia County, West Virginia. From what I remember, that had quite the drop once you let go.
In a heartbeat I'd be in that kite ... in a heartbeat.
