We did have to pay for food and drinks at all the places we stayed in Costa Rica. And like I said, our only regret was not spending more time near the beach... At least I was able to catch the 2009 B12 Championship game on wifi in their lobby/bar..............
Id say Hawaii. I hear Maui is gorgeous. I spent a week on the Big Island and loved it.
Either that or go to Switzerland :D.
