CAMERA - What do you shoot with?

I knew the 70-300 would be bigger than my 55-200




I just did not realize how much bigger.

Me thinks Alan has soft spot for zooms.

the one zoom i would want is too long at the short end for crop. heck if i eventually stop getting paid for my work Id probably get a legacy 1D Mk II or III, then a 28-300mm IS L and call it a day.

I just did not feel like dealing with them for this.

I can already see a difference in image quality. I Know I'll be happier next time I goto the Zoo.

better glass almost always gives you a noticeable improvement in image quality. I remember when I got my first L lens a long time ago and i was like WOW

I remember my using my first Zeiss Lens with color matrix 2 on my 1ds.......it was like having your first orgasm.

Its not that good.

Going to play with it in the garden out back after work(if its not raining)

Great beginner camera that works so well for me, I don't think I'll upgrade. Plus it takes a beating when hiking and keeps working great!
