I am with this dude! As long as stealthify learned from mistakes and continues to make great products. Also not biting off more than he can chew things will definitely work out!
For all of those interested, Cianci is no long a sponsor on 3SI.
I would say voluntary.
So sad!
Truly sad that parties could not be "adults" and work through this. The ones that really get hurt are in the mirror.
It was voluntary. Details are sketcHy and I'm in Key West besides so it's more difficult to find out stuff.
It was at his own request... more buyers with unfilled orders are lining up. I was called today from Sweden about another order for two cars that is about a year over due.
The buyer can't get any resolution by directly talking to Ryan. He has got the "next week" story for months now.
Well, it hasn't hurt his profit margin.
IDK he was once the best body dealer (for the 3s platform anyway) excellent quality, almost 100% customer satisfaction. Ever since he moved I have seen problems with fitment, quality and now on the downward spiral to being black balled. I think it's ruined his profit margin. He might have made a few cheap bucks but it seemed to cost him the most important thing....his reputation.
As tempting as it may be to blame Mexico, this really came down to the personal decisions he's made over the last few years that has led to this point.
Mexico didn't make him lash out at customers, edit/delete complaints in his area, completely forgo any quality control, mismanage his funds and, ultimately, try to push it all off on me months after I left the company.
I didn't think he was the type to do this either, and I've known him day in and day out for 8+ years. These last two weeks have been heartbreaking, and I sincerely mean that.
It's just I saw some trouble around that time, not really blameing Mexco. It could have started before or after the move.
Sorry about losing your friend. It's happened to me before. You think you know somebody real well and then money or other things cause people to do strange things.
Shaun, do you have an idea when you start to sell products again, If you do?
Damn, I really wanted some of the parts from Midnight Concepts too!
Shaun...PM sent
Just an update:
Ryan figured out that while he may not be able to edit people's responses/posts, he can delete the entire thread to cover up the truths that have surfaced.
And, while he may not WANT to talk about it, that shouldn't stop us from being able to discuss it.
I'll continue to keep you guys updated.
I only hope you reply to Stephen Kelly and the Multnomah county prosecutor as quickly as you do Internet Forums. :) . Like I posted on 3SI I can no longer speak or post about the legal matters going on currently.
Your family traffic lawyer doesn't worry me, Ryan.
Good.. Let the court and the judge / jury decide. That's where this needs to be finished.
I can tell you now that you would have been better off forgoing the lawyer and just handling this with everyone one-on-one, but I guess you'll just have to learn that the hard way.
:popcorn2:
You're about to get your ass handed to you. I'm sure there are TONS of people willing to write letters on Shauns behalf of his person as well as your practices as a company. A lot of what you've done to customers would be labeled illegal in many states. I would suggest those who have been wronged contact the better buisness burro to file a complaint. Ryan has already admitted he doesn't care about making parts for our cars anymore, he wont be around much longer.
I have no problems sending in a letter for the way cianci has treated me.
I would also contact the body guy he was using before he moved to Mexico. I'm sure you could get a LOT of good info from him and I have no doubt he would join you for a lawsuit. Unless Ryan has some sort of smoking gun you will come out far ahead.
I'd love to hear your guys' CIANCI USA stories and product quality reviews. Additionally, for those that worked with me one-on-one this summer during my employment at CIANCI, I would appreciate it if you could put together an honest retelling of our interaction and how you feel I did.
If you have the time, and are willing, please send them my way via PM, email, or post them in this thread and/or in the Buyer/Seller area.
Thanks guys.
Send a copy to us also. We would like to hear about it also. sales@cianciperformance.com
First of all, the companys CIANCI contracts with or does business with is really no ones information except CIANCI's. And who we have worked with in the past is no ones business except ours.
CIANCI USA Customers: know your rights. You have a right to speak out about YOUR experiences with CIANCI (like many of you have recently). He can not 'claim ownership' and shut you up about them, like he is clearly trying to do.
omg, are you serious? Get a life man. Yes freedom of speech is everyones right and they should have the right to express there experience with any company. And truly if you had a issue with us, please just call or email us... Your post furthers our implications of you being a disgruntled ex contractor. All you have is time to try to attack us from every angle or bring up every possible negative thing you possibly can imagine up to bring us down. And what have we said about you personally? Nothing! I haven't spoken about your past life problems on the public forum, we have kept it strictly about business. That you no longer work for us, and that if your a client a outstanding order with midnight concept please contact us? That is all true. You haven't even taken down our parts from your website like we have asked for about 5 months? I mean please. Let go and move on with life!
Ryan, if you took the time to actually go back and read the first post, I did try contacting you privately about the money you owed me MONTHS ago. Here they are again, in case you lost them:
2010-09-23 Shaun to Cianci #1
2010-09-30 Shaun to Cianci #2 - Phone & Past Debts Due
And hell yes I'm disgruntled, I'm your worst damn nightmare. If you lead your employs on for months and when they quit, you refuse to pay them - of COURSE they'll become disgruntled. When they're your friend and they TRUST YOU that you'll pay them and you decide to betray them and post lies on the forum they care about the most? Of course they'll become even more disgruntled. But don't accept responsibility for any of that, clearly that's not your style.
Case in point: the thread on 3si. Must I say more?Quote:
And what have we said about you personally?
And you still owe me my paychecks, and its been what - 5 months? $4500 may not be much to you, but it is a LOT to me.Quote:
You haven't even taken down our parts from your website like we have asked for about 5 months?
The pages and warnings will remain up to distance myself from your company and warn the public until all issues - including the ones with me - are resolved. It's as easy as that.
And that pretty much sums things up. You stole Marions Iphone, you took our website away from us even though we did pay you ontop of our original agreement that the website was a no cash deal and only a trade for product. And now the losses we have taken from your theatrics far exceeed the amount you claim we owe you.
Its clear this is your way at trying to get back at us because we didn't cave in and pay you the amount you fabricated. We cancelled your distributor account and made a new website. So in retaliation you meta tagged our products with false statements to try to discredit us and "harm us".
Also we have clients calling us saying that you are contacting them about there orders. So ontop of the above problems I have to now look into Invasion of privacy since you are accessing orders paid to CIANCI with customer information.
