It doesnt matter what boost is set to for a 9b car since after a 7k shift the turbos are already flat on their face again pushing 11 psi MAX. Anything past that and you are only gaining from 2500-5k, not really where someone drag races.

To be honest I didn't think that engine would last that long. After 6-7 years of not having good tune and multiple 30 psi of boost spike on pump and finally gave up when running lean. I don't even think the pistons are mitsubishi's in there. I still wasn't afraid to race even though I knew something was wrong with the tune. ;) Plus You weren't there anyway.Quote:
