It shows up in my garage as well under my primary pic so I changed and deleted the pic of Boost4VR4's car and it still is on this page.... Oh well.

If it still hasn't been updated on your end, try clearing your cache and reload the page:
Settings -> Safari -> [Clear Cache]
Edit: Scratch that, someone is messing with the images.
