I've had an idea! I was just browsing the parts for sale forum and in a post about wheels with a picture of them on the car it was mentioned that they stick out further on his car because the hats of his rotors are thicker than stock. I wonder if the rotor on that corner of the car is thicker than the rest? I think I'll pull the wheels later and take some measurements.

I wouldn't think so unless there was a mistake beforehand. It's not a part of the braks that wears out. I agree with the alignment because changing toe and camber can bring the wheel in and out while still being in spec.
