Ugh, I feel bad for the squirrel.
We have little squirrels here about half that size that my wifes cat is always bringing into the house, so almost every morning is a game of "get the squirrel tongs and find the latest surprise". 99% of the time they're alive and well so they just get put outside by the trees and the cycle continues.
I do pretty well with squirrels and chippies - only tripped over one that was kinda scary - outside City Hall in NYC.
I think he was a democrat.

...think about it, youre a squirrel and who you gonna charge the guy with the stick or the funky socks
Hahaha. In my defense, I had just gotten back from work, and heard Hans talking to the neighbor, so I just slipped my sandals on to walk outside quick, wasn't gonna go hunt down a pair of sneakers. LOL
At first I thought it might be a rabid squirrel, but after watching the vids, I think it might have been someone's pet that either got away or was released. It's too comfortable around people to be a wild squirrel.
Wtf, who keeps pet squirrels? He was making this awful chattering grunting noise.... He didn't seem like he wanted to play.... But then again, I am no squirrel expert....
