I'm guessing maybe he's going to cement the cooling passages?

Alcohol burns very cold, thus keeping the engine temps down. Also being a race car it will never be running for very long. Same thing E-85 does but much more so.
Also i know it sucks this is a beautiful shell, but thats the inly way i would bother building a racecar. Possibly going 170+ i dont want to worry about rusty parts falling off and crashing. This car is absolutely spotless, and very straight so i trust it going those speeds.
