Yes, you could be right. My guess Mitsubishi would use the same style ECU for the 3000GT as they would for the 3000GT Spyder.

Jim meant the top computer, not the engine computer.
I would sooo pay to have the ability to flash my ecu. It would be wonderful to not have to use the t-pro for all correction and get the ecu back into line.
Aww Emily ruined it, boooo
I'm sure a similar method was used. Basically identify the MCU chip and then get a development board to pop the chip in and dump the code.
PM me if you really want to help :) Although I'm unsure if Spyder owners could benefit at all if we could change the top operations.
Ha ha, I'm sure some people would want it if they could...
Hans, I'm surprised at you. We have an EFI ECU, ABS ECU, SRS ECU and probably others I forgot to mention. How many engines do you think one car has :p
Correct ;)
We have a winner !!!!:D
meh, we just use TCU (tranmission control unit), SRS computer, ABS computer, etc. ECU is pretty standard in the automotive industry as meaning engine control unit..... so there :p
