How to keep a motor mount from walking
When I got this mount the center metal sleeve was a little loose and the poly insert could be pushed around some when it was cold. This is how I fixed that.
Find some thick pipe that closely fits the OD of the motor mount metal sleeve. Mark and cut so it will be flush with the sleeve. I cut them a little thick then ground them down to fit.

Wrap the sleeve in some electrical tape to take up any room between the OD of the sleeve and the ID of the pipe so they fit snug and don’t rattle.

Then just drill some holes and put in some good screws.

That should work

Next things to do is change and hotwire fuel pump, assemble the engine and transmission.

Sorry I haven’t updated this thread lately but pretty much all my spare time has been working on the car.
From lack of proper tools I was dreading pulling the races in and out to shim the trans. The only thing I needed to check was the diff because I'm installing a modified OBX LSD. I like to make things as easy as posible. I decided to use new bearings on it so I took the old race and ground down the sides so I could pull it in and out very easy without tearing up the seal or heat the casing ect. I know there could be a slight difference in the old race and new but apparently not enough to worry about because it came out almost perfect. Congrats to OBX for building it to the right size.

Like I said anything to make it easier. :D
Yes, casing in the oven and races in the freezer.

Special thanks to intropy (Justin Pratt), He was a HUGE help! Not sure I could have put it back together (correctly) without him. Thanks man!
