Contact any of the mods over there and they will get you his real name. Then go about contacting his CO. If he still refuses to make things right they will garnish his wages.

Not a true statement. Wages may be garnished through the court system or when there's a debt to the government. His chain of command can only "encourage" him to pay private debts to an individual.Quote:
