If you go with the pampena block get the upgraded pampena rods/pampena wrist pins. You wont need the extra strength for 15Gs but if you upgrade the turbos in the future you will wish you had spent the extra money the first time.

Ive got the 3sx rods/standard ross wrist pins and really wish i had spent the extra money the first time. Now ive got my fingers crossed that my rods/pins will hold billet 1000's on C16+meth...
Alright so got more stuff out of the way. Got ABS pump and lines out but like a dumb ass cut the slave cylinder line so going to have to get another one of those.
Hoping to get the bay all stripped down and painted by the end of January. But with school and work coming up that might be a stretch. February I'll start buying some of the parts I need. Which are at the moment:

What happened to the 99 lights in the pics?
Before I decided to buy this my friend was parting it out back to stock. He sold the 99 front end to WOZ. I have found another 99 hood and bumper near me. Thinking i'll buy that and offer it to him as he is going to be painting the car anyways so I can get the red ones back for mine. But I want to robo mod and halo stealth lights
So if buying one of Rays blocks. What are you gonna do with the stock shorty.
Well gotta see is the crank will be okay once the bolt is extracted. Then keep it for a back up or sell it if someone needs it to off set the cost of the pampena block
I don't remember if you need a core though I think you do I'll have to check. Or sell it and have that person send in their block for my core

What have you guys used to strip down your engines bays for repainting? :soap:
And what should I do with the A/C? I do not want to delete it. I've read your supposed to have a certified person evacuate the system, I'm sure many do not. Am I safe just unbolting it from the car? I'm unsure of what type is in it.
