I see. Okay, I just looked at the jumpers, they are correct (vertical). I logged the car, and the front 02 was reading .03x, rear .6xx, pulled the front 02 plug and there was no change, so I hope it clears up by sticking in a good sensor. Will update when I do.Quote:

Ooops, I just realized I pulled the plug on the rear 02, not the front. I swapped the front with another 02 sensor, and it is showing .9xx and seems to correlate with my wideband. The rear is showing .6xx, but it's only going up/down about .05 volts, and sometimes when I blip the throttle, it doesn't change at all. The strange thing is, if I unplug the rear harness, the voltage is still moving for the rear (and the front). I swapped the rear 02 with another, and it is behaving exactly the same. What the hell is going on with my car?
Okay, unplugged both 02's and started the car. Evoscan showed .03904 for both. I then plugged a loose 02 into the front harness (closest to the front of the car), and on Evoscan, the RP_02sensor values changed. So, even though the jumpers in the ecu are set correctly, the 02's are reversed... What's going on?
Change the jumpers to make the O2's be correct, and move on?
Im okay with that, but is there anything else that changes when the jumpers are set to gto? Wondering if this is a manufacturing error or is something wrong with my car? I was able to get the front 02 wired and working, ive tried 3 different sensors on the rear but two of them were showing as dead, and the third barely moved, and never went above .08 volts. Voltage and grounds checked out good on the harness. Guess I'm going to grab some new 02's tomorrow and see if it works.Quote:

Okay, new 02's installed a few minutes ago, with the jumpers set to GTO. It started easily and idles pretty good at 14.7-15.2. I didn't yet get a chance to log with evoscan. Took it for a drive around the block and it runs pretty good if I'm light on the throttle. It seems to lean out too much at tip-in, and when foot off the gas decelerating it stalls out. When accelerating to around 0 psi or above, it seems to be misfiring pretty bad. I think I have another issue there. I still need to double check my idle switch/tps, cylinder pressure test, and boost pressure test, so hopefully it's a simple fix.
Can someone confirm that nothing else should be affected by having the 02 jumpers set to GTO?
Evoscan confirms both banks low trims are now adjusting within a few % from 0. mids are pulling 11%. Still some issues to work out with the tune but that's to be expected.
Now on to some of the issues with the car.
When I decelerate, it stays pretty rich (12:00+). It appears the idle switch is not registering, and the injectors are not turning off, even though it's adjusted correctly and confirmed using a multi-tester at the sensor harness. Looking at my log, the idle switch does not change. Is this something that evoscan is supposed to log? As far as the misfiring, I checked, cleaned and regapped the plugs. Compression test came out good. The misfire was still present. I unplugged one of the fuel pumps and it didn't seem as bad, even with the fuel pressure much lower. I have a cheap aftermarket FPR, so when I got home, I replaced that with the stock regulator, and hooked up the stock solenoid rack. I then took it out for a drive, and the misfires had nearly disappeared. I suspect the tune going lean is causing the few that I did get. All of the solenoids are very audible.... I can hear them while driving from inside the car, hopefully they will quiet down after a while, they had been sitting for many years. I just noticed that I had the hoses hooked up wrong, oops, will correct it tomorrow and see if that helps, or see if removing the solenoid works out better.
What injectors, and what is your scaling and latencies set to?
