Every NG has been in that map or within 10 minutes of its edge.

Awesome news! I was a bit worried when I first saw this thread title though. :p
No sense debating on where the even should be...every year there is someone that complains about it. I think moving it east was good for the NG (and not just because it was closer to me, I would have went wherever) to get some new blood so we'll see how it goes.
