The car had no wheels or suspension of any type. Frame was sitting on cinder blocks..... Took the tow truck driver 25 min to pull it onto the flatbed as the frame kept getting caught on the edge of the flatbed! :)
This one still had hatch and doors, but no rear subframe, and nothing inside. It weighed in right at 1200lbs.

The bare shell is extremely light. No windows, no hatch, no doors, no subframe, no nothing... I moved it around by hand and a small engine hoist. The salvage place said they would give me $500 for it. The wrecker showed up and said no way. They wanted $50 just to tow it away. I said no but they took it anyways. That VR4 was stripped down to nothing.
