Our plant is very anti-union and they let you know that when you are hired. The union has been trying to get in there forever. They will go to employees houses and knock on their doors. If they knock on mine ill show them something with 17 reasons why they should leave me alone

LOL, you think the unions would realize they don't really have a chance in TN.

i think the memories of failed factories under the tutelage of UAW is still fresh enough in everyone's minds that unions aren't going to be getting a toe-hold any time soon.
