I gave the UPS guy my steering rack core in return so it worked out very nicely.
I picked up my front sub frames from the powder coater and re-tapped the holes

I sandblasted a whole mess of parts yesterday and powder coated them today. There are about 15 pieces total. I still have to do the other control arm the knuckles and a few other things.

Warm the socket up with a rose bud then spray some freeze in a can on the shaft?
Put the shaft in a vise and beat the shit out of the axle piece. It will come out.

I put the lower trim under the steering wheel back in, as well as the dash cluster. I also put the latch back on the dash so the glove box will stay closed. As I was cleaning up, I realized I never screwed that speedo/tach into the dash... :Doh:
